Since December 2024, Gateway Co-op has been offering a new way to get your accounts receivable statement and charge invoices each month. But that’s not all we can send to your email! Are you interested in receiving information about exciting new offers, hearing news about the Co-op and new product offerings, or finding out about Kids’ Club promotions? If any of these are of interest to you, complete the Email Authorization form to provide Gateway Co-op with your email address and preferences.

Emails will be sent from gateway.estmts@sasktel.net, so please be sure to add this email address to your safe senders list as we don’t want to end up in your Junk folder. Please note that for Sasktel.net users that access their email through an email application rather than through the Sasktel.net webmail, you may have to review your Spam Filter settings on the Sasktel.net webmail platform. If you need assistance with this, please feel free to contact our Administration Office and we may be able to assist you to ensure that our Gateway Co-op communication gets to your inbox.

For accounts receivable customers, each month that you have activity on your charge account, you will receive an email with a copy of the following documents (if applicable);

• accounts receivable statement,
• monthly cardlock invoice,
• bulk petroleum customer purchase transaction report, and
• copies of charge transactions that have been left at the time of purchase.

Each document is a separate attachment in the email for your easy review. If you need more than one email address to get the monthly statement, and invoice copies, you can provide up to three email addresses to get these documents each month.

Please keep in mind that our Administration team needs to do some manual processing to get the accounts receivable statements emailed to you, so we generally have them sent within 2 to 3 business days after the end of the month.
