Gateway Co-op accounts receivable statements are going paperless! We’re pleased to share that starting on October 1st, 2021 we’ll be moving to electronic statements (e-statements) for customer accounts. E-statements are quick and convenient and can be accessed anytime from your email inbox.
We care about the environment and operating in a sustainable way. Moving to e-statements will help us to decrease our carbon footprint by reducing paper waste from printing and mailing statements.
How to sign up for e-statements Sign-up for e-statements by sending the completed form to gateway.ram@sasktel.net.
What happens after I sign-up? Once you have signed up for e-statements, you will receive your accounts receivable statements by email. We are not able to provide invoice copies digitally at this time, so you will be required to take your invoice copies with you at the time of the transaction. We will not be mailing invoice copies for members who sign up for digital e-statements. We have chosen to implement starting October 1st to give members time to adjust to the habit of taking their invoice copies with them at the time of purchase. If we have many members sign up for the service right away, we will consider implementing e-statements earlier.
Customers with cardlock cards or who purchase bulk petroleum will have their cardlock invoices and petroleum delivery tickets also emailed to the address provided for the e-statements. If you wish to have your cardlock invoices and bulk petroleum delivery tickets sent to a different email address, please indicate the email address in the space provided on the form. E-Statements can be sent to only one email address but cardlock and petroleum invoices can be sent to several different email addresses.
Questions If you have questions or if you’d like more information about moving to e-statements, please reach out to us at 306-563-5637 ext 235.
Thank-you for being part of our paperless e-statement initiative!
